- Enter the name of your school as you'd like it to appear on the ID
- Enter the teacher's name exactly as you'd like it to appear on their ID
- Select whether you would like us to generate an ID number for you, if you would like to specify your own custom ID number, or if you would prefer no ID number on your card
- If you selected to print a custom ID number on the card, please enter it in the box provided
- Select the school year that the ID will apply to
- Upload the teacher's picture that you would like to appear on their ID
- The photo should be a full color headshot of your student
- Accepted formats: gif, jpeg, jpg, and png
- Maximum file size: 2 MB

EASY, USEFUL & COST-EFFECTIVE
Academic Excellence ID badge process is easy to use. The ID badge is useful when picture ID is needed for teacher discounts. The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is there were not enough backgrounds that suited our theme. Fits any budget. Will use them again when I take a better picture!
